    ASHA Insights came to me as a new workforce consulting business. They don't just "coach" - they help companies build real, lasting employee confidence and growth.

     

    The Challenge: They needed a visual identity that felt trustworthy and elegant enough for corporate leaders, but also warm and aspirational for employees. They had to stand out in a crowded market by owning their tagline: "Navigate with Confidence."

  • The Solution

    I designed a full brand system that speaks to both strategy and self-belief, giving ASHA the tools to succeed.

     

    1. The VibeThe whole identity is built on Elegant Clarity. I paired the deep, confident Teal (trust) with an optimistic, guiding Gold (potential). The sophisticated serif font is balanced by clean, modern sans-serifs, making the brand feel both established and forward-thinking.
    2. Key Results
      • The Look: A high-end logo and versatile monogram that instantly signals quality and professionalism across business cards and corporate documents.
      • The Voice: A clear, encouraging tone focused on transformation. Their social media copy uses punchy, inspiring statements like, "Actually, I Can," to directly engage and motivate their audience.
      • The System: A cohesive, easy-to-use visual system that adapts effortlessly from powerful social graphics to formal strategy presentations, ensuring ASHA Insights always looks like the strategic partner they are.
