  • The Brief

    As an in-house Marketing Associate & Graphic Designer at PRD Real Estate, my role is to be the central creative hub for the agency. In the fast-moving real estate market, consistency, speed, and clear messaging are vital to drive sales and attract new clients.

     

    The Challenge: The agency needed to rapidly produce a high volume of diverse materials - from time-sensitive Open Home signage to detailed Tenant Handbooks. Beyond print, I needed to manage and execute the monthly social media strategy to maintain a consistent online presence.

  • The Solution

    I established a flexible, high-volume design system that ensured every piece of marketing collateral including digital and print, was on-brand, effective, and delivered quickly.

     

    Key Areas of Focus

    • Sales & Visibility (Signage & A-Frames): Designed clear, impactful outdoor assets that prioritised team identity and visibility. The A-frames used immediate calls-to-action ("YOUR FUTURE HOME THIS WAY") to guide customers and attract new listings.
    • Digital Planning (Content Calendars): Developed and executed monthly social content calendars that strategically aligned posts with the sales funnel (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion). This ensured our digital content was always purposeful, driving website traffic and community engagement.
    • Client Experience (Print Collateral): Produced essential client materials - like Tenant Handbooks, Gift Vouchers, and Luxury Property Booklets, to elevate the client experience and reinforce the agency's professional, high-quality service commitment.

     

    By centralising the creative process and implementing a structured digital plan, I successfully streamlined the agency's entire marketing output. This consistency helped reinforce the "Smarter Approach" brand promise across every touchpoint, from the monthly social feed to the Open Home sign, allowing the sales team to achieve the best results for their clients.
