  • The Brief

    Working as the in-house Marketing Graphic Designer for SpanSet Australia - a leader in height safety, lifting, and load control products - my primary goal was to ensure the brand's commitment to quality and safety was visible and understandable across all channels.

    The Challenge: The products are highly technical, but the marketing had to be clear, consistent, and engaging for a wide audience - from industrial clients needing detailed specifications to consumers seeking safety training. I was responsible for all creative execution, bridging the gap between technical reliability and engaging visual communication.

    I developed and executed a comprehensive marketing strategy that brought the SpanSet brand to life through digital engagement, print collateral, and event visibility.

    Key Areas of Focus

    • Digital Content Strategy (Social Media & Landing Pages): Managed social media content creation to build audience awareness and trust. I designed high-converting landing pages for the website, ensuring a seamless user experience that clearly presented complex product details and lead-capture forms.
    • Print Collateral (Flyers, Posters, Brochures): Produced a range of detailed print materials, focusing on information hierarchy and product reliability. This included brochures for specialised product lines and technical flyers, ensuring all materials were visually clean and legally compliant.
    • Event & Physical Branding (Signage): Elevated the brand's presence at industry events by designing large-format assets, including pull-up banners, display stand walls, and branded gazebos. This ensured SpanSet maintained a consistent, authoritative, and professional presence at trade shows and training sites.

    By standardising and executing the visual language across every touchpoint - from a social post to a trade show gazebo - I successfully reinforced SpanSet's position as a trustworthy industry leader. This approach ensured the brand's vital message of safety was communicated clearly, reliably, and consistently wherever the customer encountered it.
